Our tenant representation team in Hanoi was assign to assist and solely act on behalf of the company to search, analyze, select and negotiate with one of the most prime office buildings in the city to acquire a new lease premises for this relocation. The critical challenge to us is to ensure a smooth relocation of the Client to a new premise with relatively better facilities, lower rental cost, optimal capital cost, comparatively best favor lease terms and conditions in a given limited timeline.
