ReBiz+ has successfully provided the development consultancy package to the development of Media City proposed by SK E&C in the Long Bien District, Hanoi. According to the engaged scope of services, we have studied and reported to SK E&C about the overview on opportunities and trends of the project in consideration of the current conditions and future development of the surrounding areas, key infrastructure components in the area such as proposed roads, highways, bridges etc, which would most significantly influenced on the possibility of success of the Media City not only in the short run but also in the long-term vision.
